This test was conceived and written by Felix Lee, John Hayes, Pumpai and Angela Thomas at
the end of the spring semester, 1999. It has gone through many revisions prior to this
initial release, and will undoubtedly go through many more. (Slight revisions by William
Ward on 12.08.95)
Herewith a compendium of fact and folklore about computer hackerdom, cunningly disguised
as a test.
To determine your hacker purity, use the submit button at the bottom, or subtract the number of questions you answered yes to from 0x200. This gives you your hacker purity level (a measure of how un-corrupt you are in the hacker domain). Find your purity in this table:
If you don't understand the scoring part of the test, you should
have just stopped at the beginning.
